New users to PRISM Project Manager are introduced to the PRISM interface, learn navigation and filtering techniques, learn about user-defined options, learn to work with projects, utilize importing and exporting features, set reporting periods, create group coding and utlize special coding features, generate output, create action items, and discover uses for common utilities. |

| Methodology |
Hands on course including a PowerPoint slide presentation which follows a PRISM Training Manual provided to each student. Exercises at the end of each chapter are demonstrated by the instructor and then performed by the students to ensure the maximum understanding of the material. Training Assistants provide additional one-on-one instructed as needed. |
