Description Basic to using PRISM Project Manager is having an understanding of Project Management and Earned Value fundamentals and how they are incorported in PRISM Project Manager.  Learn to create a performance measurement baseline by integrating a budget and schedule into the control system.  Import an estimate into PRISM, create control accounts, integrate control accounts with estimate items, and develop the baseline budget.  Learn to import a schedule into PRISM, linking the schedule with baseline budget and time phase the data.  Students will understand how to deal with both resource-loaded and non resource-loaded schedules.

Pre-requisites PRISM Project Manager Basics training course or equivelent experience; Understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Excel
Methodology Hands on course including a PowerPoint slide presentation which follows a PRISM Training Manual provided to each student.  Exercises at the end of each chapter are demonstrated by the instructor and then performed by the students to ensure the maximum understanding of the material.  Training Assistants provide additional one-on-one instructed as needed.
