Description Learn to identify trends and manage changes to the baseline which includes tracking and approving scope changes, performing draw-downs on contingency, and utilizing budget shifts.  Understand how to enter commitment and actuals both manually and by importing the data.  Incorporate accruals as part of entering actuals and will be exposed to a range of methods for calculating progress.  Learn to calculate performance and variances and create variance analysis reports.  Utilize performance data to calculate and updated the forecasts.  Generate several cost and performance reports.

User Level Beginner and Intermediate;  also useful as a refresher for Advanced Users

Pre-requisites PRISM Project Manager Basics training course or equivelent experience; Understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Excel
Methodology Hands on course including a PowerPoint slide presentation which follows a PRISM Training Manual provided to each student.  Exercises at the end of each chapter are demonstrated by the instructor and then performed by the students to ensure the maximum understanding of the material.  Training Assistants provide additional one-on-one instructed as needed.
