Description
This course highlights the 9 core knowledge areas and 5 process groups highlighted in the PMBOK® Guide.  Project Management areas of emphasis include: scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, risk management, procurement management, communications management, human resources management and integration management. Process group emphasis includes: initiation, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling and closing.  Attending this course allows the trainee to receive the 35 Professional Development Units (PDUs) required in preparation for the PMP® examination.

Methodology Hands on course including a PowerPoint slide presentation which follows a Training Manual provided to each student.  Exercises within each chapter are demonstrated by the instructor and then performed by the students to ensure the maximum understanding of the material.  Training Assistants provide additional one-on-one instructed as needed.
