| Overview |
Basic to using PRISM Project Manager is having an understanding of Earned Value and how to use coding to support successful earned value objectives. Learn EV fundamentals, how to create a WBS, an OBS, and develop Control Account IDs. Learn how to work with coding structures and define and develop masked and non-masked group codes. |

Understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Excel
PPM / PPE Basics course or equivalent experience using PPM or PPE |

Hands on course including slide show presentation, software function demonstrations, training handouts, and students application using conference-supplied computers. |
