Overview Learn risk management principles that allow for reduced project risks and increased project success.  Learn to develop and implement a risk-based project management approach which facilitates project planning and execution within budget and schedule.  Learn to organize and apply focused management resources toward potential issues; mitigating likelihoods and impacts related to potential issues before negative consequences are realized by the project.  
Prerequisites

Understanding of basic project management philosophies
